Teaching Metaphor

Literally a teacher faces to the back of the class while he or she is teaching and the students face to the front of the class when they are learning from their teacher. This is a metaphor of how teacher transfers something from his past and the students learn something new for their future. In my opinion, we should sit together with the students, not just teaching something we learnt in the past, but also guide them to make their own discoveries in their way to the future.
